Bare Fiber

The FC  square bare fiber optical adapter is a simple auxiliary tool for optical fiber testing. The ferrule of the bare fiber adapter and the optical fiber through hole are free of epoxy glue and any medium, which is easy to insert, pull out and repeat multiple uses of bare fiber. And it has lower insertion loss.

FC Bare Fiber Adaptor enables quick and easy temporary FC connections of single-mode fibers. This adaptor is very useful for connecting fibers to power meters. Optical time-domain reflectometers (OTDRs) and a variety of other instruments, enabling in-situ functional testing without having to attach a permanent connector.
