In addition, we guarantee the repair of material and manufacturing defects to the original purchaser. If you have a problem with your product, LuLeey offers repair services for products that have not exceeded their after-sales warranty period.

Warranty Limitations

Free warranty items:

During the warranty period, LuLeey’s warranty only covers defects caused by normal use and logistical damage, quality issues, etc. We will pay the return shipping costs for warranty items.

Free warranty exclusions：

1. The product has exceeded the warranty period.
2. Unauthorised disassembly, modification and other human-caused damage.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding or human negligence.
4. Damage caused by improper operation of the equipment shell, power supply, etc. during use.
5. Please note that custom-made products can only be changed or cancelled before we start manufacturing the product order, unless approved.

Returns & Refunds

All returns must have an approved RMA Request and follow the steps below to process a refund, exchange or repair.

About Refunds

Refunds will be processed after LuLeey has received and inspected the returned items. It will take approximately 5 business days to receive the refund.

About Exchanges

If the replacement items are in stock, they can be shipped within 2 business days. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will negotiate a ship date with you.

Repairs (within Warranty Period)

Repair service is available for most items (except consumables) during the warranty period.

To request a refund or exchange, a return request should be submitted within the warranty days from the date of delivery. For products that meet the conditions for repair, please submit a repair request within the warranty period. If the warranty period has expired, repair services are still available but will be charged on a case-by-case basis.

The relevant after-sales service must be within the warranty period. To check the warranty period of an item, please see Product Warranty.

Ships within 48 hours

LuLeey uses the best carriers in the industry to ensure your order arrives on time. Products that are in stock in our warehouse will be shipped out within 2 business days.

Standard Express

Standard Express is the default shipping method on LuLeey. It provides delivery services at free shipping over US$39 worldwide. Packages are consolidated and delivered through major carriers like China Post, Singapore Post, etc. Delivery date 7-45 days.

Premium Express(option)

Premium Express includes the world’s top international express carriers. For example Premium Express.
DHL/UPS/FEDEX/ARAMEX/EMS/other dedicated services. However, there is a fee and the delivery date is 5-15 days.
